1. Personal Data Processed
When you fill out the contact form on our website, limited data such as name, surname, company, role, business email address, fleet size and message content are processed.
2. Processing Purposes
Your data is processed for the purposes of responding to your request, sharing pilot manufacturer program terms, providing CRA readiness assessments, and fulfilling our legal obligations.
3. Data Transfers
Your data is only transferred to our cloud service providers (within EU boundaries), to competent public authorities within the framework of legal obligations, and to our group companies with your explicit consent.
4. Retention Period
Your data is retained for as long as required by its purpose (maximum 5 years); after the period expires, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

You can exercise all your rights regarding your personal data under KVKK Article 11 by sending an email to kvkk@tegmensoft.com.
